Communication with this company was exceptional from the first phone call to the completion of the project. Such a professional job done by Daniel and his helper. I can’t get over how little time it took to do the installation. After the project was completed there was no cleanup on my part. The new countertop, sinks and fixtures look amazing. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Definitely a 5 star experience.

This was the best experience for a total kitchen remodel. From the very beginning, meeting Bridget at the show room and selecting the products, home visits for measurements and planning, then a firm start date, excellent! On the start date the contractors arrived on time, they were professional and personable and I felt comfortable with them in my home. Kasey was our project lead and Greg was his partner. Kasey always communicated what was done and the plan for the next day. They worked together to complete our project. Our electrical work was done by Kevin and Bailey and they were also very professional and friendly, wonderful work done with care and safety. We appreciate all the Simple Bath and Kitchen staff that worked to complete our new kitchen project in the 9 days that was promised. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a Kitchen remodel.

Another great experience with Simple Bath. The construction team, Celie and Caleb were a joy to work with! Even though there was a glitch with a vanity top measurement and a wait time, I would still recommend you! Anthony, Dave, Tina were all friendly but still professional. Wes and Brad ended up completing the job and, again, excellence is the best word to describe the work. You have fabulous people working there! Keep up the good work!

Celie and his crew did an outstanding job replacing the vanities, mirrors, and related hardware in two of my bathrooms. They worked efficiently and immaculately.
Because I was so pleased with the work they did on my bathrooms, I contacted them about remodeling my kitchen. Ashley made sketches and after the approval process, we planned a start date for the 8 day project. Wes, Brad, and others did the bulk of the work. They were extremely hard working and cleaned up every day. It was such a pleasure working with them that we hugged each other on the last day. One of the best.parts of working with Simple Bath and Kitchen is they do it all. No waiting for other contractors. I can't rate this company high enough.

We had tiles removed, a new sink installed and a new counter and back splash done. The process could not have been easier and everyone was wonderful. There was no high pressure sales techniques, they answered all our questions and it only took two half days and one full day. Was able to use the kitchen anytime they weren’t there. Paul in particular was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and just had an awesome personality. He and the electricians even tried to troubleshoot an issue we were having with our air conditioning.
The kitchen looks beautiful. Loved everyone we encountered. When we need anything else done, we will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Our experience began in the showroom with Dave, who was very helpful and personable. He gave us all the information we needed to make good decisions for our bathroom remodel. We appreciate that he did not use high pressure sales tactics. He responded to our phone calls and emails quickly, and coordinated the project seamlessly. Daniel and Greg did the installation. They were diligent, respectful, and got the job done in two and a half days. Although they worked quickly, the result was high quality. We also had some electrical work done and drywall remodeling in the midst of the installation. SB&K runs their company like a well-oiled machine! I only had Simple Bath do the shower so bathroom is not yet done but my shower looks wonderful! Can't wait to use it but will be a couple weeks while I finish up the remaining work. Daniel and Kevin were fast and efficient and worked hard the whole time they were there. Answered all my questions and made sure everything was installed in the shower where I wanted it. I would highly recommend Simple Bath. From the beginning stage of meeting our design consultant Shawn to the final project being complete by Celie leading the installation team, it was a well organized and professional installation. We had our tub taken out and a shower put in, new toilet, new sink and new flooring. Celie and Calab came in and worked so efficiently. They were on time, well mannered, and even put down cloths to protect our floor. Chris came in and also helped them so that they could finish our project ahead of schedule. Chris and Ken then came back to complete a few final touches. I couldn't be more happier with the project. Thank you so much!

I'm so glad I went with Simple Bath and Kitchen for my tub to shower conversion. Shawn was great helping us navigate all of the options and was patient with me through all of my back and forth while trying to make decisions =)
On installation day, Ceile & Caleb showed up right on time and got to work. About half way through I had a technical problem on my end which meant the job would need to be completed on a different day and, much to my surprise, a team was available to finish the job the very next day. Daniel & Craig also showed up on time and promplty completed the job.

After interviewing 3 companies I felt that SB&K had the best materials, and the most reasonable price for my bathroom remodeling. Sean, the design consultant, was there from estimate to end of job . His understanding of the small size of the room helped me in deciding materials and colors that were appropriate . Our installers (Logan and Lucas) were polite, pleasant and involved us in all the placement of accessories, etc. Here for 2 1/4 days, their use of drop cloths everywhere , blowing garage work area clear, storing tools etc made it to be here while they worked. The end result was a brighter, more modern area that made the room look larger. All the surfaces, from shower to flooring are simple to clean. I highly recommend this company if you have smaller rooms, need help with designs, value workers that are efficient, and careful.

We first met Shawn at the Home and Garden Show in March. At the time, I had already spoken with other remodeling companies, and their quotes to replace our shower with a new insert were around $25,000. Shawn explained Simple Kitchen and Bath's process and pricing, which was nowhere near that amount. He was true to his word—the price was significantly better than any of the competitors we contacted.
Shawn came to our home, took measurements, and provided a clear timeline for the project. On June 1, the installation team arrived right on time , Daniel and Craig,
(the installation team )introduced themselves,. They carefully covered and protected everything, worked efficiently, and completed the installation in just a few hours. They asked us about the shelf height in the shower shelves and the height of the shower hread.They cleaned up thoroughly and left absolutely no mess behind.

They were one of two companies that checked all of the boxes. While their prices weren't the lowest, for the quality and professionalism they exhibited, they were clearly the best.
Shawn, our salesman and customer service representative was very pleasant to work with. During the consultation there was no pressure, there are no price variances, it was simply a good clean experience. Even better, Shawn was with us through the entire process. He got back with us right away with any questions we had and made sure that all of our appointments were on time.

Elizabeth was so helpful. Our lead installer was Celie Sr and he was so easy to work with! I would highly recommend this company!

Had our tub and shower in the on-sweet bath converted to a walk in shower with a seat, grab bars, and a shelf for the shampoo, soap, etc. The complete project was done in a day and we are very pleased with the results. The installation team did a great job. They let us choose the placement of the accessories. They cleaned up after they were done.

I felt very comfortable with Shawn, the design expert. He wasn't pushy and didn't rush me. He answered all of my questions fully and replied quickly to phone calls and emails. The installers were young but they did a wonderful job! They were friendly and didn't seem to mind me asking questions. They finished on time and repeatedly asked me to check things and did I have any questions or concerns. I had one tiny area that needed fixed a week after my install and a few days later it was repaired. Shawn followed up with me after everything was completed. We had the old garden tub, flooring, and toilet removed. We had a larger shower installed with magnetic shower head, large shelving, a foot bump for shaving, a safety bar and seat. It is less than half the height of the entry step. The flooring is beautiful and the toilet is 2 inches higher. I highly recommend Simple Bath & Kitchen.

Simple Bath + Kitchen promises what they advertise. We had our kitchen updated with a quartz island and countertops, along with Amish built cabinets. Paul, Wes and Ken did an outstanding job with staying on schedule and budget while working around the electrical work and the island/countertop work. Even with encountering unexpected items at times, the crew was always friendly, respectful, and professional. Our design consultant, Ashley, was great to work with and her suggestions were fantastic. It’s been over two weeks since the project was completed and everyday at some point I hear my wife say how much she loves our new kitchen! I’d highly recommend SB+K!

We had both of our bathrooms updated.
During our initial design visit by David Johnson, he suggested revising our doors to barn doors to give additional room. We did this on our own before the insulation work was initiated.
Bath between two bedrooms was updated with new shower enclosure with shelving and all new plumbing. We also had installed a new counter top, sinks and hardware.
In master bath, new walk-in shower with seat, shelving, new grab bars and shower head along with new counter top, sinks and plumbing.
Work was completed in the quoted timeframe with excellent outcomes for both baths.
The only problem was since all the new stuff looked so GREAT! my wife now realized the existing tile floor looked too yellow with the new counters and baths, and the existing wall colors didn't match well, so I ended up repainting walls and putting in new flooring. Oh, yeah, and new lighting. Of course, the toilet in the master bath now didn't match the flooring, so after a new toilet, the work was finished!!!

We would highly recommend Simple Bath for any project.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Simple Bath. The process from the initial visit for a design plan and estimate was, as their name suggests, simple! Randy was very helpful with advice and suggestions for the design of our new shower, Daniel and Gregory worked in collaboration perfectly to complete the install in the timeframe that was given and clean up after install was spotless. This renovation was very easy and there adherence to the planned schedule was excellent. The only drawback is the time to measure and install the shower door. It takes about *3 weeks to get the final piece of the bathroom renovation. However all the details were completed with outside contractors promptly notifying me when to expect them so that I was able plan for the work to be completed. Overall I would highly recommend Simple Bath for your renovation needs. Kudos to Elizabeth, Missy, Jonathan, Blake, Christopher, Bob and Gina.

It was a great experience from the minute we walked in we didn’t have an appointment but Ashley took care of us anyway right then. She helped us pick out everything we needed, get the colors right the products and all the hardware. I couldn’t have envisioned it without her expertise.
The actual work was finished and the time we were told and we got so much information and advice on what to do how to clean everything and take care of the entire kitchen and floor. All the employees were wonderful. They all had a great amount of knowledge and were professional as well as fun and personable.

Great experience! Paul & Kasey arrived on time every day and our kitchen was completed in the quoted time frame. I was informed daily on what was being done and at the end of the day I was informed of the plans for the next day.

I just had a complete bathroom remodel and they did a fantastic job. Dave in design was very helpful and guided me through the process. The installation crew Blake and Johnathon did a great job also. They check in with me through out the day to see if I had any questions. I will be back to do my other bathroom!

Chris and David were amazing. They made my dream bathroom come to life. They worked so hard and did a great job. If you want your bathroom done call them. Just tell them I sent ya. It was worth the wait

Transformed our bath in just two days after taking copious notes and measurements. Very impressive materials and the finish work by Chris and Dave was very professional. Chris paid close attention to details throughout the project. Crew was very approachable and open to input and questions throughout the process.
Very impressed with the Onyx materials used for counter top and shower enclosure and the fixtures.
In our opinion it was far superior to materials shown and used by other bath remodel companies.
The job was just completed this week and we are extremely happy with the results!
Again, a special shout out to the crew and our consultant Elizabeth, who stopped by the second day of the project just to check on progress and see if there were any questions or concerns.
Overall, just a great experience from start to finish on the project.
